Download & unzip
Unzip to a folder you'll keep — the browser loads from it.

Open extensions
chrome://extensions — or in Arc, Extensions → Manage Extensions.

Developer mode → Load unpacked
Toggle Developer mode (top-right), click Load unpacked, pick the focus-autofill folder.

Fill in your details
Settings opens automatically. Add your info once — done. Pin it from the toolbar.
What it does

⌘⇧Y fills the whole page; ⌘⇧O drops in an OTP.Multiple profilesPersonal, Work, anything — switch from the popup, or auto-pick a profile per site.
Learns as you typeType a field it doesn't know (PAN, GST, UPI…) and it remembers it. Multiple values → a dropdown.
Encrypted vaultSet a password to encrypt your profiles at rest (AES-GCM) and lock autofill until you unlock.
Live OTP (optional)Point it at your own SMS-code webhook and it auto-fills one-time codes the instant they arrive.
